Fabrication of the Steel Frame is commpleted on a fully adjustable welding jig with accuracy to 1/32".  

The modular steel frame is great for renovations as it can be easily installed where a conventional staircase would not fit. 

Our unique steelframe stair stringers install quickly and easily during early stages of framing, giving any project safe temporary stairs.  This also allows all finishing to be completed around the stairs as the steelframe stays in place for the length of the construction project.  

Installation of steelframe stringers with temporary construction treads will be left until framing and drywall are completed, usually 2 weeks prior to house closing or renovation is complete.  This virtually eliminates any damage as hardwood stairs.  They will be installed just before you really need them.

The steelframe eliminates all wall separation and squeaks.  I also minimizes stair case deflection leaving you with a truly solid staircase.

Finally, your project is ready for the installation of the prefinished stairs and railing.  No sanding or finishing is done on site.  Furniture quality finish and color matching is completed in our controlled production shop.
